Recently there was a discussion on one of the Stampin’Up! facebook groups I belong to asking if it was REALISTIC to earn the incentive trip in the first year as a demonstrator
Here was my answer:
“I earned a trip my first year, along with lots of other demos who have done the same thing. More important than realistic, know it is POSSIBLE. The rest is up to you. Hard work, determination, focus, no quit attitude…..sell, recruit and train…..it is VERY simple, you just have to decide it is what you want to do”
Last night my oldest son had a soccer game. They were down 3-0 at the end of the half.
They came back to win 4-3 in double overtime.
Was that a REALISTIC outcome? No way
Was it a POSSIBLE outcome? You bet!
This is Direct Sales, the land of possibility!
But it doesn’t just happen, you work to make it happen.
You work every day
You stay focused
You create good behaviors
You don’t give up
I love that pretty much anything is possible as a Stampin’Up! demonstrator. From creating time to do what I love, to sharing what I love, to empowering people to achieve, to creating a lifestyle that I had only dreamed of.

I promise you that your business will be grounded in POSSIBILITY and you will be focused on achieving whatever your goals may be.
And what would this post be without a pic of that boy who takes advantage of the POSSIBLE?
