Today I leave for a trip I have been looking forward to for months: a yoga retreat in Costa Rica!
Here are some pictures of where I will be staying just in case you aren't jealous already:
I am excited, pumped up, ready for adventure,…..and not the least bit prepared! Yikes!
In order to leave there is a lot of work to be done first.
Blog posts, videos, Facebook updates that all need to be completed and scheduled.
Making certain my assistant and I are on the same page.
And that packing thing…..
But the truth is that we are rarely ready.
It is not very often in my life where I have felt completely prepared.
Always one more time to practice a presentation or think thru logistics or confirm who is doing what.
but sometimes you just have to go and have faith that it will all work out.
I am a girl with a lot of faith.
In my business, my relationships, my decision making.
I know the Universe is calling to me to take this trip, this opportunity, this adventure
So while I am gone I would love to hear from you as to where the Universe is calling you: in your life, in your business

At the end of each yoga practice the teacher and students extend a greeting to each other, "Namaste"
