Let's face it, no one wants to attend another meeting.
Meetings are boring
Meetings are not fun, exciting, inspiring
So why do we hold "downline meetings"?
because that is what everyone else is doing right?
Words matter.
YOU know you want to hold an event that motivates and excites your downline.
An event that builds community and a sense of fun
We call our events "Group Gatherings"
this past weekend we hosted our InkBig Spring Garden Party
Are they different or better than your meetings?
not necessarily.
But they sure sound better
And that can be the difference between people attending your events and not.
invite me to a meeting and I will find every excuse not to show up.
invite me to a group gathering and now that sounds fun!!
And as a strong leader, we know that getting people together is super important.
We can learn so much from each other.
And a sense of community and fun can keep your downline active and involved.
We don't want to lose people in our downline because they don't feel connected.
