De Pretto Industrie has successfully designed and delivered the new Lowering Link for the upgraded 2-fall A&R system of the Deep Blue vessel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new lifting tool meets the increased capacity of the upgraded A&R system, and it will be used to routinely abandon and recover pipelines and associated structures in deep water. Our Special Projects team, working in close collaboration with TechnipFMC, was able to develop this unique solution: a class approved lifting tool for three different load configurations and optimized to respect all dimensional and weight limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
